Currently, the Organization has Five Years Strategic Plan (2015-2020) which includes the following interventions:

STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES
►Coordination and cooperation and Networking with the civil institutions, civil society organisations national and international NGOs.
►Sharing experience with similar organisations in the Netherlands and in the four focus countries Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Rwanda on gender mainstreaming and peacebuilding.
►Partnership, cooperation and building trust with the local government, municipalities, localities and the constitutional councils.
►Partnership with similar organizations with good track records and, good reputation and reliable capacity.
►Providing women with Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) as dignity for women and girls.
►Economic empowerment interventions such as food security to fight poverty and to empower women economically.
